I missed doing a menu plan last week, and I was really on a
roll! Even though a a bit late...I did make it for this week. We started
something new in our family...Karate Classes for my oldest so that means yet
another thing to juggle into our ever growing weekly schedule. So I had to
think carefully of my time this week so that we could eat as a family and still
keep on track. I'll let you know next week how we did...wish us luck!

Monday: Breakfast For Dinner! My husband wanted to make chicken
sausage and egg sandwiches this weekend but couldn't find the Apple Chicken
Sausage in the freezer, so I saved the day and made it for dinner tonight with
homemade home fries and sliced apples
Tuesday: I have shredded chicken leftover from tacos last week and I
thought Musings of a Housewife's Cheesy
Chicken and Rice Casserole would be perfect dish to make with it. I
can put it together in the morning and then place in the oven later on in the
day.
Wednesday: Chicken
Gruyere which is Gluten Free
Thursday: I have Parent Teacher Conferences that evening so the boys are
on their own with leftovers.
Friday: Date Night so we will be ordering out for our boys
and babysitter
Saturday: I have high hopes that I will be out in the yard cleaning my
garden this weekend so it's going to be an easy dinner with Chicken
Cheese steaks with roasted peppers and garlic
fries
Sunday: I've always wanted to make Barley Soup
but will change it a bit and use chicken instead of beef. Serving with salad
greens from Local Harvest and homemade biscuits.
