Spring has sprung and so has Farmer Markets. I love where I live because in a 5 mile radius I can find at least 10 local markets, and one is open throughout the whole year. It's more important now than ever to KNOW WHERE YOUR FOOD COMES FROM and getting to know your local markets and the farmers that provide food -  is a way to do it.

New School Year - New Menu Plan

With school starting in about 2 weeks, teaching part time at The Walden School, running O'Boy! Organic and continuing as the Social Media Editor for HAPPYFAMILY my plate is in major overload. I will be passing some of the laundry duties to my husband (wish us luck) and getting a cleaning lady, but I need to seriously to organize my dinner menus to make my life a bit easier and our transition from a flexible schedule to military style schedule!
