Seriously do you ever have a week that your meal plans go as planned? If you do please give me some tips because I personally have had one thing or another go wrong week after week. But, we all have to eat....right? and it helps to stay organized....so here we go again with a new week of Meal Planning. BTW....can you tell which meal is on the menu again for this week that was on last week's menu? No peeking! 


 


Monday: Still sick and just getting home from a Conference in Houston we will have one of our favorites - Breakfast for Dinner. I will make a big batch of Pumpkin Pancakes, French toast and if I feel really motivated I will put oatmeal in the crock pot for tomorrow's breakfast. 

Tuesday: Crock Pot Turkey served with veggies and mashed potatoes

 Wednesday: While I was gone this pas weekend my hubby made a big pot of Turkey meatballs and sausage so we will have the leftovers with pasta, salad and bread 

Thursday: Using Tuesday's leftovers to make a Turkey and rice casserole - recipe coming soon 

Friday: Mexican Night - Chicken Enchiladas with Spanish rice. The original recipe is a vegetarian option. I will be doing the same recipe just adding ground chicken.

Saturday: Entertaining friends with their kids for dinner so I will make a big pan of Lasagna, Salad and attempt to make homemade bread....I haven't had much luck recently 

Sunday: I am heading to DC for the Shot@Life Summit so the boys are on their own for dinner. I am sure they can find something in the fridge.
