It's been a crazy day so I am a bit late with getting out my weekly meal plan. We have those weeks where things don't go as planned, that is exactly what happen to me last week. For one reason or another I didn't have a chance to make the French Onion Soup so it's going on this week's meal plan.
Monday: I had a date with the gym so my hubby made homemade mini pizza's using tortilla shells for the boys. He had leftovers and I made a vegetable/fruit drink. I know exciting huh?
Tuesday: Since it's going to be in the 20's tomorrow so we are having the French Onion soup that I promised my husband I would make last week.
Wednesday:Lemon Garlic Chicken - using a whole chicken so I have plenty of leftovers for another meal this week.
Friday: Mommy is going out for a girls night so the boys are on their own with weekly leftovers.
Saturday: We have a date night in NYC so the kids will be with their Aunt, hopefully they will have something healthy but most of all I am thankful that I have someone I trust to watch my boys and they love their Aunt Kel.
Sunday: I love comfort meals in the winter and one of my favorite meals is Shepherds Pie. I make mine with ground turkey or chicken.
